DescriptionAssists adults with physical disabilities or limitations, and High risk seniors, to live independently through a full range of self directed, non-medical services including personal support, supportive housing and daily living assistance * supports improvements in accessibility, and offers public education programs and accessibility consultations to individuals, businesses and organizations * uses a community development model to support improvements in our community to make it inclusive for all citizens * for information on all programs visit the website

Eligibility for the Attendant Care and Assisted Living Services for Seniors programs is determined by the Policy Guidelines of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
