| Description | 8 week, 20 hour anger management / conflict resolution course * participants learn to manage anger, solve conflicts, reduce tension in the home, catch themselves before getting angry, keep disagreements from becoming fights, use empathy and consider options, identify issues and solve problems so that they don't repeat * parents will find strategies to teach their children how to handle frustration in a healthy way and they will discuss the characteristics of healthy relationships * classes offered throughout Simcoe County * Parents as Partners is a program of the Adult and Continuing Education division of the Simcoe County District School board * all facilitators are professionals
Fall, Winter and Spring sessions are frequently held in Barrie * call for more information |
