| Description | The Dialysis and Kidney Care Clinic in Barrie is a satellite clinic of the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital Nephrology program. * Dialysis Clinic performs hemodialysis for patients on an ongoing basis * clinic also offers training, monitoring and follow-up for peritoneal dialysis * Kidney Care Clinic provides multidisciplinary care from a nephrologist, pharmacist, dietitian, social worker and RN aimed at preventing or delaying the need for dialysis |
