Description	Educate adults on how to overcome the challenges associated with acquired hearing loss * classes provide information and education on hearing loss, hearing aids and other communication devices, speechreading (also called lipreading) and other strategies to improve communication, coping srategies * offered several times a year, individual sessions can be arranged    Falls Prevention - Dizziness and balance issues are often directly related to hearing health * additionally, since people rely on sound for orientation in the environment, a person may not be as quickly aware of a potentially hazardous situation when hearing is decreased * therefore, proper hearing health and hearing loss management are important components of falls prevention    Member of the Staying Independent Falls Prevention Coalition (SIFPC)
