| Description | Individual, family or couples counselling. Liz has 10 years experience working in both group and individual psychotherapy. She is trained in many different models of therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), focusing, motivational interviewing and transformational psychotherapy. Liz has a M.A. Ed. and is a certified member of the Ontario Association of Counselors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). Liz is experienced in working with many different life issues such as: • Stress Reduction • Addictions and eating disorders • Anxiety disorders including post traumatic stress disorder • Depression • Major life transitions |
