| Description | This service is intended to provide walker and manual wheelchair equipment prescriptions to seniors living in the North Simcoe Muskoka (NSM) Local Health Integration Network (LIHN) catchment area. The clinics are open to seniors who require an assessment for a walker/wheelchair and are presented at various senior's centers, retirement homes and care facilities across the catchment area.
The clinics do not include information or service related to power or tilt wheelchairs, custom fabricated seating or scooters. |
