| Duties | Attend Youth Justice Committee meetings to determine appropriate measures/sanctions for youth in conflict with the law. And/or Facilitate Restorative Justice Circles to assist youth, parents, victims, community partners and supporters find meaningful and appropriate ways to repair harm from an incident. |
| Benefits | Assist youth in conflict with the law by providing timely and meaningful consequences. Assist the community by reducing recidivism rates and fostering healthier relationships. |
