Each Monday and Wednesday night (Oct. - Dec.) the Barrie office is looking for volunteers to help with making phone calls to our Heart Month volunteers. These are volunteers who have already committed to this years’ campaign however they will need a phone call to confirm details. This is amazing volunteer opportunity for businesses, services club & groups, college and university groups. A great way to build staff morale and also leadership skills. Refreshments and training provided.|

|Volunteer Recruiter||Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, Barrie Office||The Heart Month campaign (February) is when thousands of volunteers across Ontario go door-to-door to raise funds and awareness towards beating heart disease and stroke.
The Barrie office is making confirmation calls to our new volunteers. Recruitment is done by an outside agency. Our office connects with each new volunteer to ensure they are knowledgeable about our campaign and answer any questions they have.
Volunteers for this role will ideally be mature, friendly, out-going, experienced on Excel, comfortable talking on the phone and have a strong command of the English language.
This assignment is located at our Barrie Office. We are looking for a commitment starting end of September through to December, 1 to 2 days per week. Please advise availability when replying.
Training will be provided.
