PetSmart volunteer	Comfie Cat Shelter	Assisting in our Adoption Area in the PetSmart store in Barrie. We have cats in cages and customers to the store can see the cats and this often results in adoptions. Shifts are approximately 3 hours and involve communicating with the public, being respectful to all people, filling out adoption forms,some cleaning and animal handling. All volunteers must abide by PetSmart rules and must read the information manual.

Positions typically include: Kitchen Staff, Choreperson, Child Care, Program Staff, Cabin Leaders, Arts and Crafts Leaders. There are two weekends (spring & fall) and one full week in spring/early summer dedicated to camp cleaning and maintenance. Some construction/renovation activities will allow us to teach a volunteer various skills. Camp is always looking for adults to fill the following leadership roles: Camp Directors, Head Cooks, Work Project Leaders.

Stores supplies in a safe location. Regularly inspects the trail, replaces missing or broken trail markers, and trims away branches that are obscuring the trail markers. Contacts the Loop Trail Coordinator if problems occur.

Volunteers	Orillia and District Arts Council	The Orillia and District Arts Council welcomes volunteers to assist with office duties such as updating and maintaining the ODAC website, answering telephones and reception as well as to distribute posters and newsletters.
